Annual Outreach Outcomes

Data from calendar year 2025:

  • Outreach Partner Network:
    • The Access Outreach Partner Network is comprised of 23 non-profit, tribal, and community-based organizations (CBOs);
    • Outreach partners engaged 1,500 community members through their work.
  • Benefits Finder Tool:
    • Over 4,200 users learned what benefits they could be eligible for through the Benefits Finder;
  • Case Management
    • Case managers made and received 930 phone calls to help interested applicants;
    • The case management team added text support and exchanged 4,251 texts to help interested applicants.

Benefits to Priority Populations

This program is an outreach effort aimed exclusively at increasing access for priority populations to clean transportation and clean energy incentives programs. The program’s outreach partners are all located in and represent priority communities.  In addition, Access Clean California also provides technical assistance and capacity-building grants to community-based organizations based in and representing priority populations.
